The BudDealer reveals their face-down card.

If the BudDealer's total hand value is 17 or higher, they must stand.

If the BudDealer's total hand value is 16 or less, they must hit until their hand value is 17 or higher.

Determine Winner:

If neither the customer nor the BudDealer busts (exceeds 21), the one with the higher hand value wins. If the customer and BudDealer have the same hand value, it's a tie or push.
